To all our coaches, cheerleaders, parents and fans,

The following is taken from an article by Fred Kusch in the May/June issue of the La Crosse Magazine. He says, "There are people who pay a therapist to to tell them they need to laugh. Well, I am telling you here and now, we ALL need to laugh - laugh often, laugh hard and laugh out loud.  I also invite you to laugh at yourself and if you really want to laugh, invite others to laugh with you and at you!" 

This is the 3rd day of Xtreme Summer Camp  - and boy if you want laughter, come into the gym between 1:00 and 3:00 PM!! Fred challenges his readers to commit to laughter.  I want to do the same to all my WWW users. Committ to laughter. Do it multiple times on a daily basis.  Make laughter a core element of your existence. And then once you have made the decision to commit to this challenge, ask yourself, "Do the people I spend quality time with laugh often and out loud? Are they unafraid to laugh at themselves?"

As for me - being a coach - it is one of the best ways to find laughter!! Thank you to all those in my life who make me laugh!!!
